About the Role
This is a tremendous ground floor opportunity for someone interested in helping small and medium sized businesses make their dreams come true. This role focuses on tax compliance and tax planning. You will start out preparing a variety of individual and business tax returns and quickly build into preparing action plans that help clients reduce their tax burden. A successful candidate should also be able to contribute to any client accounting service. As the firm continues to grow, you will become instrumental in leveraging new technology and tools to improve the depth and breadth of services provided.
What you need:
- A passion for helping others succeed and a desire to grow
- You enjoy working on taxes and appreciate the seasonal nature of the workflow
- Minimum of an Associates in Accounting, Bachelors Preferred, or equivalent accounting or tax work experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Problem Solving Experience
